Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all — it's completely up to you. Many clients prefer to provide access via a door code, key, or lockbox. We’ll lock up after and notify you when the job is complete.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes! We come fully equipped with everything needed to clean your space thoroughly and efficiently. If you have specific products you'd like us to use, just let us know during booking.
How do I book a cleaning?
Simply fill out the form on our Contact Page or click any Book Now button on the site. We’ll follow up within 24 hours to confirm your service, answer questions, and provide your custom quote.
How is pricing determined?
All of our services are quote-based. We consider the size of your space, your cleaning goals, and any add-ons you request. That way, you only pay for what you actually need.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
No problem — we just ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Things happen, and we’re always happy to work with your schedule.
Do you offer recurring cleaning?
Yes! We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring services for both homes and offices. It’s a great way to keep your space consistently clean without the stress.
What if I have a special request?
We’re flexible — whether it's inside the fridge, an extra load of laundry, or prepping your space before guests arrive. Just mention any requests during booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
