Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many of our clients provide access with a door code, key, or lockbox. We will handle everything and notify you when the job is complete.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. We arrive fully equipped with professional products and tools to clean your space thoroughly. If you have specific products you prefer, just let us know when booking.
How do I book a cleaning?
Simply fill out the form on our Contact Page or click any “Request A Quote” button. Our team will confirm your service within 24 hours, answer any questions, and provide a custom quote.
How is pricing determined?
All services are quote-based. We consider the size of your space, the type of cleaning you need, and any add-ons you select. That way, you only pay for what you actually need.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand things happen. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we will be happy to adjust your appointment.
Do you offer recurring cleaning?
Yes. We provide weekly, biweekly, and monthly plans for both homes and offices. Recurring services save time, reduce stress, and keep your space consistently clean.
What if I have a special request?
We are flexible. Whether it is inside the fridge, an extra load of laundry, or preparing your space before guests arrive, just mention your request during booking and we will do our best to accommodate.
